| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to confirm that an automatic stay is in effect staying enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 1, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to confirm that an automatic stay is in effect is granted and it is confirmed that an automatic stay is in effect staying enforcement of the order dated April 1, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
