Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 3, 2016, which granted the respondent's motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 4, 2015, for failure to timely perfect, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
