Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 14, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before December 29, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief in response, if any, on or before January 3, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that service of the supplemental briefs shall be effected pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1), or (3).
