September 6, 2017 and to consolidate said appeal with petitioner's appeal taken from an order of the same Court and Justice entered on or about June 27, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to petitioner filing a motion attaching a copy of an order, signed by Family Court, denying petitioner's motion to set aside his default, as well as a timely notice of appeal.
