Motion by the appellants-respondents to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 24, 2016, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated August 9, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
