On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 13, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated January 31, 2017, and February 24, 2017, respectively, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the party designation "objectant-respondent" and substituting therefor the party designation "objectant-appellant."
