| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a replacement brief on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered December 16, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file the replacement brief is enlarged until January 16, 2018, and the appellant's replacement brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 15, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
