It is Ordered that the order of this court dated September 28, 2017, is hereby recalled and vacated.
It is further Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking to reinstate the stay of the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction is denied, without prejudice, to respondent-appellant renewing this motion after the deposit of the sum of $19,315.32 by the respondent with the Clerk of the Civil Court. The New York City Department of Human Resources Administration is directed to deposit the sum of $8,274.00 with the Clerk of the Civil Court on the respondent-appellant's behalf.
