ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 2, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 24, 2016, and August 9, 2016, respectively, is amended by deleting from first and third paragraph thereof the words "and cross appeal."
