Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 11, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's replacement brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 5, 2018, and the respondent's brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
