Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on December 9, 2015, and from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 29, 2016, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
