Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for an enlargement of time until January 26, 2018 to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered August 22, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
