Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of divorce of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 19, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 30, 2017. Separate motion by the respondent, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeal.
