Motion by Allstate Insurance Company to amend a notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 3, 2017, to reflect that it is the proper party appellant, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted (see Matter of Tagliaferri, 1 NY3d 605; CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 8, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
