(M-1988/M-2208), And defendants-appellants having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied and, sua sponte, the appeal is dismissed.
