| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 22, 2016, and August 30, 2017, respectively, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered March 22, 2016, to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered August 30, 2017, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order entered August 30, 2017, the notice of appeal from that order, and the papers constituting the record on the appeal from the order entered August 30, 2017, which are not contained in the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered March 22, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 15, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order entered August 30, 2017, the notice of appeal from that order, and the papers constituting the record for the order entered August 30, 2017, which are not contained in the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered March 22, 2016, and a supplemental brief which contains points of argument on the appeal from the order entered August 30, 2017.
