DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered December 1, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the pro se supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 12, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
