Motion by Saphyre Redford, also known as Crystal Biton, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 2, 2017, which denied her motions for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, which denied her motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 30, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
