Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Frank Brady, Esq., dated December 5, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that respondent files and serves an answer and return in accordance with this Court's rules on or before January 12, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner shall file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court' rules on or before February 13, 2018, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and
