Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 19, 2016, to enlarge the record to include a decision of the same court dated August 31, 2017, and for leave to serve and file a replacement brief.
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent-appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before February 13, 2018, the respondent-appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief with a copy of the decision dated August 31, 2017, annexed as an addendum.
