Upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision, order and judgment on motion decided and entered November 21, 2017 is vacated, and the motion by appellant to adjudge Cathy Nilsson, a former court reporter, to be in criminal contempt of court for willful failure to comply with the lawful mandate of this Court contained in the decision and order of this Court dated June 1, 2017 is denied.
