ORDERED that Megan J. M. Whitton, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Christopher J. Obstarczyk, Esq., 678 Troy Schenectady Road, Suite 101, Latham, NY 12110, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct.
