Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated March 10, 2017 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to February 13, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeals taken in case No. 525941 by notices of appeal dated March 10, 2017 and November 29, 2017 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and the motion to consolidate is, in all other respects, denied.
