ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 28, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 26, 2018, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
