Motion by the appellants to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 20, 2013, and January 26, 2015, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated September 28, 2017, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
