An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 21, 2010,And an order of this Court having been entered on October 5, 2017 (M-3484), inter alia, denying defendant-appellant's motion to relieve assigned counsel, and granting defendant-appellant leave to file a pro se supplemental brief for the March 2018 Term, to which Term the appeal was adjourned, And defendant-appellant having moved to relieve Steven A. Feldman, Esq., as counsel on the appeal, to strike the appellant's brief filed by Feldman and to proceed pro se on the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to defendant-appellant to submitting a pro se supplemental brief as indicated in the order of this Court entered October 5, 2017 (M-3484).
