Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 17, 2016 and May 5, 2017, respectively, and an amended judgment of the same court dated May 9, 2016.
