Motion by the Children's Aid Society, inter alia, to amend the captions to reflect that it is the petitioner-respondent on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated March 21, 2017, to consolidate the appeals, and to enlarge the time of the Children's Aid Society and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the caption is granted and the caption is amended as set forth above; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the Children's Aid Society and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is granted, and the time of the Children's Aid Society and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs, one for each appeal, is enlarged until February 13, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
