Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal and enlarge the time to perfect the appeal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, rendered March 31, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal is granted and the dismissal is vacated, and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected within 45 days of the date of this decision and order on motion.
