Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 20, 2017, to vacate so much of the judgment as cancelled a certain notice of pendency, to reinstate the notice of pendency, and to preserve the notice of pendency, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
