An order of this Court having been entered on March 16, 2017 (M-621) granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 10, 2016, and assigning Christina Swarns, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, as counsel to prosecute the appeal, Now, upon the Court's own motion, It is ordered that the designation of Christina Swarns, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, as counsel to prosecute defendant's appeal is stricken, and, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Stanley Neustadter, Esq., Cardozo School of Law, 55 Fifth Avenue, Room 1110, New York, New York 10003, Telephone No. (212)-790-0410, is substituted as counsel to prosecute the appeal. The poor person relief previously granted is continued, and the time in which to perfect the appeal is enlarged until 120 days from the date of this order or the filing of the record, whichever is later.
