This proceeding, brought pursuant to CPLR Article 78 in the nature of mandamus, seeks to compel the Presiding Justice of this Court to order the Chief Attorney of the Attorney Grievance Committee to produce and turn over to petitioner certain files,Now, upon this Court's own motion, it is Ordered that the proceeding is transferred to the Appellate Division, Second Department, pursuant to New York Constitution, Article VI, § 4(I), for hearing and determination, and it is further, Ordered that all further proceedings in connection with the proceeding shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Second Department.
