Motion by the attorney for the child to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 24, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time for the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until February 20, 2018, and the brief for the attorney for the child shall be served and filed on or before that date.
