Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated August 9, 2017, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 27, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 11, 2016, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
