ORDER ON CERTIFICATION Assignment of Counsel

Appeal by Kwaku Quartey, and separate appeal by Kamiya-Lynn Q., from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 8, 2017. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Francine Shraga, Esq., dated January 12, 2018, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
