Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to March 19, 2018. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to accept the record, brief and appendix is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal upon the filing of a corrected record on appeal and appendix which shall contain a complete copy of the findings of fact and conclusions of law of Supreme Court, Schenectady County, dated December 27, 2004.
