ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "In the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated January 8, 2018, is amended by deleting from the "Title" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the party name "Town of Poughkeepsie Zoning Board of Appeals," and substituting therefor the party name "Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board."
