Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Tony Roots sworn to December 10, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 10, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 9, 2017 and inserting in place thereof the date February 9, 2018.
