Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Marcus West sworn to December 4, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 18, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date October 18, 2017 and inserting in place thereof the date February 9, 2018.
