An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 22, 2016, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated January 2, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
