On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2018, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated August 9, 2017, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 27, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
