ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated December 22, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 3, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 22, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "January 24, 2018."
