| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 8, 2016, which contains a notice of cross motion dated December 5, 2016, and accompanying affidavit and affirmation, and exhibits annexed thereto, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 23, 2018, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the notice of cross motion dated December 5, 2016, and accompanying affidavit and affirmation, and exhibits annexed thereto; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 26, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
