Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 23, 2016, and March 30, 2017, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated October 30, 2017, in effect, to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the judgment is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeal from the judgment is perfected on or before February 26, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal from the judgment is not perfected on or before February 26, 2018, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice,
or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
