Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 5, 2015, and June 8, 2015, respectively, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal, to impose a sanction upon the appellant's counsel, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
