Defendant-appellant having moved for leave to file a pro se supplemental brief in connection with an appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about September 22, 2014, for additional minutes of the trial transcripts previously forwarded by order of this Court (M-3485) entered October 5, 2017, and for an enlargement of time in which to file said pro se supplemental brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that defendant be provided with minutes if any of the proceedings in Supreme Court on June 25, 2014, June 26, 2014 and/or July 1, 2014, except that the name of a certain witness appearing at page 72, line three of the minutes for June 25-26, 2014, shall be redacted, It is further ordered that defendant is directed to serve and file 8 copies of his pro se supplemental brief on or before
April 18, 2018 for the June 2018 Term, to which Term the appeal is adjourned. The Clerk of the Court is directed to forward to the Warden at the State correctional facility wherein defendant is incarcerated a transcript of the minutes relating to defendant's appeal, said transcript to be made available to
appellant and returned by appellant to this Court when submitting the pro se supplemental brief hereto. The appeal will not be heard unless and until all material furnished to appellant has been returned.ENTERED: January 30, 2018
