Consolidated appeals having been taken to this Court by defendant NTT Data Inc. from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 17, 2016 and December 13, 2016, respectively; and the Philips Electronic North American Corp. having separately appealed from the order of said Court entered on or about December 13, 2016, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendant NTT Data Inc. (M-34) and Philips Electronics North America Corporation (M-6680) having separately moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals by defendant NTT Data Inc. to the June 2018 Term. The Clerk is directed to calendar the appeals for hearing together with the appeal taken by Philips Electronics North America Corporation on the same day in said June 2018 Term.
