The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Louis G. Brigandi, Appellant.

Motion by respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered May 28, 2015, which was determined by a decision and order of this court dated August 10, 2017. Separate motion by respondent to strike appellant's opposition to respondent's motion for leave to reargue as untimely, or for alternative relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to respondent's motion for leave to reargue, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent's motions are denied.
