DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 30, 2016, on the ground that the appendix is inadequate. Cross motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix. Separate motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, and on or before March 2, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the parties' statements of net worth and the parties' post-trial submissions; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 6, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
