ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated January 4, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 20, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "October 20, 2017."
